Jessica is a registered psychologist and completed her postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology at Curtin University in Perth.
Jessica is passionate about joining her clients on their journey through life and supporting them to enhance their well-being and reach their goals. Jessica supports individuals, couples and families, and is experienced in the assessment, diagnosis and use of evidence based treatment for a range of presenting concerns. Her specific areas of interest include bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and panic, relationship difficulties, emotion regulation and self-esteem concerns. Jessica works with grief, loss and life transitions and provides a safe space through which to navigate these experiences.
Jessica is passionate about supporting her clients towards healthy and fulfilling relationships through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and works across the spectrum of gender, sexuality and relationship type.
Jessica has dedicated herself to continuing her professional development in EFT and is striving for certification as an Emotionally Focused Therapist.
